All submitted demands are considered by the international technical commission and makes the decision on the car admission to participation on each declared car separately. The commission in each case estimates compliance of the car to the requirements given above, and also is guided by joint opinion on the value of each concrete car for action. The commission has the right to do exceptions for exclusive and rare cars, according to separate requirements not entering into the Regulations framework, and as for the cars taking earlier part to "Retro-Ìinsk".
Cars with a rust, the through holes, painted with a brush and on the Chinese caps :) aren't allowed.
Attention:
Organizers reserve the right to do exceptions for castes of projects, exclusive and rare cars, by a year of release not entering into an action framework, and as for the cars taking earlier part to "Retro-Ìinsk".
Preliminary plan of action:
May 10.
Arrival of foreign participants, placement in the FPB Sports complex (the best option by experience of last year), organizational meeting, a meeting of friends, preparation of cars for the Meeting, a dinner.
Will work at this time a sauna with 15.00 till 18.00 and with 20.00 till 23.00 and a billiard hall.
May 11
8.30-9.30 on the Minsk time a breakfast in hotel.
9.00. Arrival of the Belarusian participants of a meeting to a place of formation of a column and preparation of their cars for the Meeting and registration of participants of the Meeting
Obligatory gluing of logos of the Meeting, Partners and installation of flags of Action.
9.55. The organized departure of a column by RetroÀvtî accompanied by GAI cars about FBP to the Memorial Stele Complex "A Minsk city the Íero".
10.45 Arrival of a column to the destin
14.30 Dinner for participants of the Meeting.
15.00 Delivery of diplomas of the nominations of poll of the public.
ATTENTION:
For foreign participants: all expenses (a food, accommodation, etc., etc.) is included in the cost of participation in action.
The contribution for participation makes: from each foreign participant for 100 Åuro (all inclusive). The maximum size of crew - 4 person, a contribution - 100 Åuro from everyone.
Due to the increased demand for participation the additional number of guests is allowed, but settling will take place in the next hotel. For convenience of movement the comfortable bus will be organized.

For the Belarusian participants: run in a column of retrocars for the cars entering into a framework of action, the indispensable condition of stickers of the General partner of Action and installation of flags of the partner is free. At failure of the car aren't allowed to participation in action.
For the Belarusian participants needing spending the night, the cost of hotel accommodation is paid separately (if the Belarusian crew wasn't registered in full participations in the program).

Attention:
Registration comes to the end 5 May 2013 years, within 3 days from the moment of registration the international technical commission, makes decisions on the admission of cars for participation in action.
Organizers have the right to make changes to the general plan of action for time intervals and places of an exposition of retrocars.
The plan in a development stage also will be corrected.
Preliminary payment for participation from foreign crews: 100 Euro from the person on system "all inclusive" (a food, accommodation, a banquet). We hope that within a week the contribution will be reduced to the amount of the previous participations.
